My Oscar fish by oscar f. at InsiderPages
I have to give up my Oscar fish after having him for four years. I was unaware that oscar fish grow big (14+ as adult fish) and i could not afford a happy housing for mine as he live in a 15 gallons tank for 4 years and grew up almost the size of his aquarium. I checked around all the pet stores in the area and no one offered him shelter, they even called him a monster! Petsmart employee referred me to Bangkok Aquarium where they found my Oscar a new home. I checked back with the store one week later after the day i dropped him off and they said he's gone to his new family. Don't laugh at me but i cried the day i drove him to the pet store and he also cried in the bucket during the trip. He was so huge that i can hear his crying. My poor little monster, he did not even know what's going on that suddenly he was removed from his home to an unknown destiny. Thnks Bangkok Aquarium, you are good people and treat animals with care

Store credit
First visit: Things I returned the next day could only get store credit.
Second visit: They charged me higher than the pricing, after point it out to the old lady in the front desk, again, could only get store credit. Store policy, she raised her voice.
She is my only problem, bad attitude, won't go back because of her. and her store policy.

They do care about the pets. by elise h. at InsiderPages
About 5 months ago, I had to give up our two red eared slider turtles. I tried for 2 months to find someone. I called all the petstores, and they all said they wouldn't take them. When I called Bangkok Aquarium, they said sure bring them by. The owner took them, and said that they probably would get adopted to one of their clients who had a pond. The store was clean, and didn't smell horrible like other aquarium stores. There were a lot of customers inside who knew the owner by name, so I figured they must have a good reputation.

Pet Supplies by Nancy M. at InsiderPages
A few months back my grandson was anticipating becoming a big brother for the first time. Unsure he was ready for this big occasion decided he needed something like a turtle to help him learn about this new responsibility. We visited this store together and found the perfect little turtle. They were very helpful and told him all about caring for his new friend. I'm happy to say that tipper is doing quite well and so is the new baby brother.
